ABOUT ME
Hello and thank you for visiting!
As a registered counsellor and facilitator, my work is deeply rooted in supporting individuals through life’s transitions, challenges, and moments of growth.

My own journey began in 2014, when I sought guidance and support at a time when I knew I needed to make significant changes. The transformative experience I had with a soul-centred psychotherapist and art therapist inspired me to embark on this path of helping others.

I have a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Swinburne University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Creative Art Therapy. As a mother of two boys, I bring lived experience to my practice—navigating parenting, divorce, and raising a neurodivergent child. My diverse background also includes working in the arts and film, living abroad, and a deep love for travel and nature.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where I can support you in exploring your own journey. My approach is creative, collaborative, and rooted in emotional awareness. Whether we’re working together face-to-face or online, I’m here to help you find clarity, healing, and meaningful change.

If you’re ready to begin or just want to explore the possibilities of counselling, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together.
